Flatter Files is now in public beta.  Anyone can now sign up for an account and give Flatter Files a try.  While in public beta, the service is entirely free.  Once Flatter Files leaves beta, all accounts will receive 30 days notice before requiring you to sign up for billing to continue using the service.  Try out Flatter Files by signing up here.
